Mission Statement
The National Kidney Foundation, a major voluntary health organization, seeks to prevent kidney and urinary tract diseases, improve the health and well-being of individuals and families affected by these diseases and increase the availability of all organs for transplantation.
About This Cause
We have A Direct Aid Program that can assist Dialysis and Kidney Transplant Patients with emergency grants for food card, gas card, utility bill, rent up to $250 and transportation. We also have another program called The Hawthorne Fund and that can help Kidney Transplant patients with the cost of transplant medication.
