Mission Statement
Quigley House is a certified comprehensive Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Center serving the Clay County Area in Northeast Florida. Our mission is to provide advocacy and empowerment to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault and to educate and create awareness in our community.
About This Cause
Quigley House is the only daul-certified domestic violence and sexual assault center serving Clay County. Comprehensive survivor services have been offered to the community for over 32 years, including 24 hour helpline services, emergency shelter, and outreach advocacy services. We provide services for adults and their children, for both women and men. These services are vital to Clay County. During 2020-2021, Quigley House provided shelter and outreach services for over 937 women, men, and children combined. A comprehensive list of services include 24-hour helpline, crisis intervention, crisis counseling, shelter and outreach support groups, safety planning, advocacy, information and referral services, legal advocacy and support, including filing injunctions, assistance in Victim’s Relocation and Compensation claims, economic justice services, sexual assault forensic exams and accompaniments, community education and prevention. Certified victim advocates are available 24 hours a day through our helpline to provide assistance and resources to educate, equip and empower survivors of abuse.
