Catholic Charities carries out the social mission of the Catholic Church in Northwest Florida to serve, to empower and to advocate for vulnerable families and individuals of any race, religion or national origin.
About This Cause
Catholic Charities of Northwest Florida has been caring for our neighbors in need since 1928 in the 18 counties across the Florida Panhandle . Catholic Charities helps individuals and families in need, as you would like to be helped if your family was in need. Over 90% of those we serve are not Catholic. Whether it is food for the hungry, shelter for the homeless, disaster recovery assistance, emergency financial help, or providing adoption and pregnancy services to women overwhelmed by an unplanned pregnancy, we reach out with a humble heart to provide assistance. As we serve others, we want to ignite hope. We could not fulfill our mission without support. Together we can make a difference, one person at a time. Remember that God uses ordinary people to carry out his extraordinary plan!
