About This Cause
The Mountain Foundation Inc. is a 501(c) 3 organization established in 1996. The purpose of the foundation is to promote Health, Education and encourage academic excellence through sports and fitness programs. The organizers and members form a collaborative effort composed of teachers, fitness & nutrition experts, professional & amateur sports personalities, concerned parents, volunteers and community groups. We understand that children need programs that provide the maximum amount of instructions and practice time to instill necessary skills and knowledge required for optimal maturation during childhood and adolescence, as well as for long –term benefits into adulthood.
