Mission Statement
Kentucky Wesleyan College, in partnership with the United Methodist Church, fosters a liberal arts education that prepares students intellectually, spiritually, and physically to achieve success in life. We accomplish this by constructing educational paths that teach students to think critically, communicate effectively, and live ethically in today’s world. Students learn through instructional knowledge, hands-on experience, mentoring, and endless opportunities to grow as leaders with promising careers. Deeply rooted in KWC’s heritage is the foundational belief that serving those in need benefits the program recipient as much as it does the student, who gains valuable skills that plant the life-long seed of volunteerism, compassion, and leadership.
