Mission Statement

The mission of The Healing Place is to reach individuals suffering from drug and alcohol addiction, provide the tools for recovery, and restore meaningful and productive lives.

About This Cause

Now a nationally-recognized recovery program for men and women, The Healing Place was founded in 1989 as a homeless shelter and medical clinic for men. Every day we provide food, clothing, and shelter at no cost to nearly 1,000 clients seeking help for their addictions.
