Jane Doe No More was born of one woman’s tragedy and has become a story of hope for so many. Our grass roots organization empowers survivors of sexual crimes to find their voice, advance their healing and educate others.
About This Cause
Jane Doe No More Core Programs: SURVIVORS SPEAK® Empowering survivors of sexual crimes to find their voice through professional training, advance their healing through wellness/self-care initiatives and educate audiences of all kinds through their personal experience. ____________________ ESCAPE ALIVE SURVIVAL SKILLS® Training women and girls to stay safe physically, emotionally and intellectually through personal prevention strategies, confidence-building skills, awareness tips, kick, strike and blow techniques. ____________________ SAFE STUDENT INITIATIVE® Educating students from elementary to college through age-appropriate, survivor-led interactive programs including safe and unsafe touch, sexual respect, healthy relationships, consent, bystander intervention and rape culture. ____________________ COMMUNITY OUTREACH Survivors share their personal experience and educate audiences about sexual crimes of all kinds among clubs, civic organizations, corporations and private businesses. ____________________ DUTY TRUMPS DOUBT™ Changing perspectives through Duty Trumps Doubt, our trauma-informed video and survivor-led presentations specifically designed to help law enforcement, medical and legal professionals better understand victims of sexual crimes.
