Shakopee Dollars for Scholars is a local chapter of Scholarship America. Our mission is to raise scholarship funds that aid high school graduates in the pursuit of higher education. Our chapter consists entirely of volunteers from the Shakopee community.
About This Cause
Shakopee Dollars for Scholars is a local chapter of Scholarship America. Our mission is to raise and award scholarship funds that aid high school graduates in the pursuit of higher education. Our chapter consists entirely of volunteers from the Shakopee community. Scholarships are available to students living in the Shakopee School District who plan on attending a college, university, vocational or other specialized schooling. The scholarship money awarded by Shakopee Dollars for Scholars are from donations given by generous residents, businesses, organizations, and alumni as well as fundraising activities.
