Mission Statement
STUDIO 60’s mission is to improve the lives of older adults through services and programs regardless of income level. Each service, activity, or program offers seniors the opportunity for social interaction, recreation, support for health and well-being, continuing education, and support for their independence – at no cost to them.
About This Cause
The center is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing a community focal point where mature persons, as individuals or in groups, come together for services and activities that enhance their dignity, support their independence, and encourage involvement in community activities. When you reach 60, you automatically become a member if you live in Madison County or are visiting someone here. There is no membership fee. Our center, located at 2200 Drake Ave in Huntsville, Alabama, is where seniors can meet friends for lunch, attend educational classes, and participate in fitness classes, interest clubs, and games such as pool, scrabble, bridge, and many other activities.
