Mission Statement
The mission of Coastal Family Health Center is to provide quality comprehensive patient-centered care to the community regardless of one’s economic status. Coastal Family Health Center's vision will have a significant impact on the health and well-being of the communities we serve. To this end, we will work with others to ensure a creative and cost-effective range of health/social services that are accessible to all.
About This Cause
Coastal Family Health Center will be hosting our third 5K fun run and walk in 2021. More information to come as we highlight the benefits of physical activity on both diabetes and obesity!! Please see included attachments regarding our upcoming May 4th multi-city, 20X65X65 multi-5K race /walk and our Health Fair to be held at Town Green in D’Iberville, Mississippi. Thank you for your interest and your support in this great community event in helping to keep Mississippians fit by helping to fight obesity and other chronic health conditions through this event. We know that through the support of outstanding companies like yours and community partners so we can succeed in reaching our goals. By joining us as a local sponsor for the 20X65X65 Race and Health Fair, you would be providing local support for our health center; and you will be aligning your company with the mission of our 20 community health centers with 187 sites across Mississippi and over 1700 employees serving 288,000 patients.
