About This Cause
Ascend is a global network advancing professionals in the workplace and corporate boardrooms. We support and empower talent at every stage in the career lifecycle with an inclusive network that enables dynamic career advancement and connection with vibrant local and virtual communities. The Ascend Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization driving research on emerging workplace practices in inclusion and talent investment. In partnership with leading business organizations across the Fortune 1000, the Foundation launches cross-industry thought leadership programming, builds community through social impact initiatives, provides student scholarships, and publishes noteworthy reports on the state of the working world. Ascend also seeks to empower and uplift its individual members by holding space for shared experiences, forum discussions, and cross-generational engagement through mentorship and other networking opportunities. The Foundation hosts impactful global forums, recognizes changemakers at A-List Awards, and convenes hundreds of corporate directors at Ascend Pinnacle's annual Board Leadership Summit.
