Mission Statement
Casa de Niños Manuel Fernández Junco’s mission is to provide these youngsters an educational alternative of a preventive nature which caters children, adolescents and young adults between 8 and 18 years old, most of them victims of abuse, negligence and neglected. We want to offer them an integral education through a preventive re-educational process and treatment provided by an interdisciplinary team based on the Amigonianos principles which guarantee their rights and duties protagonist the re-structure of their own project of life.
About This Cause
Casa de Niños Manuel Fernandez Juncos provide our children all their needs: housing, food, educations, health services, extracurricular activities among others. We believe in giving them the opportunity to grow in a safe place, to be treated with respect and be loved. We become parte or their family. Thanks to volunteers and "angel" we can provide them with all they need to become better human beings. These kids live in the Casa for as long as they need to live or until the are 18 years old when they are removed and put in a program called independent live.
