Mission Statement
Our mission is to ensure that ALL children in Puerto Rico, regardless of their economic resources, have access to the best cancer treatment, without having to leave the island. 100% of funds raised remain in Puerto Rico.
About This Cause
Construction, equipment and maintenance: Bone Marrow Transplant Unit, the only one in a public pediatric hospital on the Island. Specialized medical equipment, remodeling and maintenance of the Pediatric Oncology Unit and the Oncology Outpatient Area. Continued medical education to certify the nursing staff in the care of pediatric hematology and oncology patients.
