Mission Statement
OLE Health is dedicated to providing high-quality primary health care to our entire community. Every patient is at the center of a team of professionals who help them reach their wellness goals by offering the services patients need, when and where they need them.
About This Cause
The Foundation’s goal is to inspire philanthropic contributions to advance OLE Health’s ability to continue and expand its care of more than 39,000 patients, regardless of their ability to pay. More Ways OLE Health Is Making a Difference: -4,000-plus farmworkers and/or their family members served -300 —the average number of new patients registering each month -74% of OLE Health patients live at or below 200% federal poverty level -7 sites, including the new South Napa Campus and two Fairfield locations in Solano County -The only provider in Napa County accepting new Medi-Cal pediatric patients and Denti-Cal -Only 1 of 2 providers in the city of Fairfield accepting Denti-Cal -A new mobile OLE On Wheels providing Covid testing in fields, factories, and throughout the community Community Outreach: OLE Health’s Community Outreach Response Fund launched with the outbreak of COVID-19 and has focused on the immediate issues of mental health and food insecurity. We have coordinated a series of free grocery giveaways and have served 5,000+ families and 18,000+ individuals, in partnership with donors, community partners, the food bank, and many volunteers.
