Mission Statement
To facilitate education and communication and act as liaison amongst rescue groups as well as assist with spay/neuter of pets and feral and community cats.
About This Cause
We are a nonprofit organization, entirely run by volunteers and supported by your donations. CARA volunteers work to trap and provide veterinary care for stray/feral cats in the Grays Harbor, Washington area. We advocate for trap, neuter, return practices for established colonies to improve the health of our working cats while preventing overpopulation.
