About This Cause
HOPE provides 3 programs to meet the housing needs of unhoused individuals in Longmont, Colorado. An Outreach Center is open during the week at 804 S. Lincoln Street for anyone in need of a sack meal, resources in our city and county, and case management towards housing goals. Street Outreach is on the streets of Longmont 20 hours a week meeting with unhoused individuals who have not been successful with homeless programs in the past. HOPE's team builds trust and provides resources along with possible housing outcomes. Shelter is offered nightly to those unhoused individuals who were assessed through coordinated entry with case management nightly and a safe place to sleep with a hot meal served nightly.
