The 12th Man Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization that serves as the fundraising arm for Texas A&M University's Athletics Department. The 12th Man Foundation receipts tax-deductible contributions for its philanthropic annual fund, capital contributions and endowments. All seat related giving is non tax-deductible and not eligible from gifts through American Online Giving Foundation.
