The mission of the United Way is to improve the lives of El Paso families through the caring power of the community we live in. And to Live United means mobilizing that power to support and, where necessary, develop programs that also address the underlying causes of the community’s needs, with the long-term goal of ending those needs.

We are your neighbors, co-workers and friends. We are a collaboration of donors, volunteers and experts - UNITED around the shared sense of purpose to improve lives and strengthen our community. Founded in 1923, United Way of El Paso County has worked bringing together donors, advocates and volunteers to help advance our work in our three impact areas: Education, Basic Needs and Income.
