Mission Statement
The Austin Area Urban League, founded in 1977, was established to assist all under-served Austin area residents with Home Repair, Workforce Readiness, Financial Literacy, Computer Skills, and training for our "Pathway to a Career" programs.
About This Cause
The mission of the Austin Area Urban League is to assist African Americans and all other under-served Austin area residents in the achievement of societal and economic equality by focusing on educational improvement, employment, readiness, health and wellness, and the preservation of affordable housing.
