Mission Statement
Austin Wildlife Rescue rehabilitates orphaned, injured, and sick wild animals and educates the public to coexist with wildlife.
About This Cause
Wildlife Rescue takes in over 9,000 animals from Austin and the surrounding counties each year. We are the only organization in Austin with an Intake Center open to the public year-round. We also provide educational programs to Central Texas youth and adults. We are a nonprofit that receives no city, state, or federal funding, so we depend solely on donations from the public to care for the animals we receive.
