Mission Statement
Support adoptive families and educate the community about the children who are waiting for permanent homes, recruit homes for waiting children, and educate families concerning the challenges in parenting children who have experienced trauma
About This Cause
Presently we are an adoption support group meeting monthly via zoom, but when possible we will be meeting in person and supplying child care and groups for children during the meeting. Austin CoAC helps with funding training for new foster/adoptive parents, supports families built by adoption, and helps support parenting children who come from an experience of trauma and abuse.
