Mission Statement
The mission of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Texas (RMHC CTX) is to create, find and support programs that directly improve the health and well-being of children. Guiding us in our mission are our core values: Focusing on the critical needs of children. Celebrating the diversity of the programs we offer and the staff, volunteers and donors who make them possible. Staying true to our heritage of responsible stewardship. Operating with accountability and transparency.
About This Cause
The Central Texas Ronald McDonald House and Ronald McDonald Family Rooms provide a comforting “home-away-from-home” for families to stay so they can fight their child’s illness or injury together. RMHC CTX also supports families who have lost a child through the Healing Hearts program, which provides burial assistance and bereavement support. Through the caring support of our community we are able to carry out the mission of RMHC CTX. We rely on our strong relationship with the medical community to provide access to health care. We rely on our local McDonald’s Owner/Operators as well as other corporate partners. And we rely on our strategic alliances with organizations, that have the knowledge and infrastructure to extend our reach. Most of all, we rely on you – our donors, volunteers, staff and friends.
