Mission Statement
The mission of Crossroads Ministry of Estes Park, Inc., is to practice Christian love by providing basic human services for residents in need in the Estes Valley.
About This Cause
Our program goals and services include: • alleviating needs during crisis or stabilizing individual or family living situations; • helping a person/family move toward self-sufficiency through money management and energy conservation classes and one-on-one budget reviews; • competent and compassionate case management to assess need on a personalized basis, including referrals to a wide range of agencies and services for additional resources and assistance when appropriate. Types of assistance provided by Crossroads Ministry include: • food to alleviate or prevent hunger; • occasional housing assistance to prevent eviction or foreclosure, and temporary emergency lodging on a limited basis; • assistance to prevent or reverse shut-off of utilities; • assistance with costs of basic medical, dental, prescription copays, mental health services; • limited transportation assistance, including gasoline or critical vehicle repairs; • vouchers for clothing, household goods, laundry and shower services.
