Mission Statement

Providence Network is a 501(c)3, faith-based, transformational housing organization that helps men, women and families in urban Denver heal from addictions, abuse and homelessness to become self-sufficient, productive members of the community.

About This Cause

Providence Network's holistic approach addresses not only physical, but emotional, spiritual and economic needs, such as shelter, food, safety, addictions recovery, individual and group counseling, job training, life skills training, and supportive services. We own and operate 6 buildings which include three "FirstStep" 2-year transitional homes where residents who are overcoming the obstacles of poverty, homelessness, addictions and domestic violence take their first steps toward recovery and self-sufficiency. Our three "NextStep" long-term, affordable apartment communities offer a drug and alcohol-free community where our FirstStep graduates can live out their new skills and values among loving friends. All six of our homes have 24/7 live-in staff members who are dedicated to leading by example; maintaining a safe and supportive, substance-free environment; goal planning and accountability; and building community to help stop the generational cycle of poverty and abuse.
