Guadalupe Regional Medical Foundation (GRMF) is a 510(c)(3) public charity that advances Guadalupe Regional Medical Center (GRMC) mission in providing excellent care to every life it is privileged to touch.
About This Cause
Guadalupe Regional Medical Foundation exists, “To help ensure that GRMC is able to continue to make great technological and medical advancements and provide benevolent services for the citizens of Seguin and surrounding areas.” GRMC is a facility that cares about our community. We are owned by both the City of Seguin and Guadalupe County. Therefore, we are your medical center! GRMC's high caliber of nationally recognized healthcare is maintained without local hospital district tax support while providing a wide array of charity care to the community. Your donations to the Guadalupe Regional Medical Foundation help ensure that GRMC will always be local, charitable and community minded. These improvements and advancements make it possible for citizens of Seguin and Guadalupe to receive excellent care right here at home without leaving Seguin. We believe in providing the best care, and that every patient deserves access to that care. We offer the following benevolent services to patients that qualify: Guadalupe Clinic; Prescription Assistance Program; Assistance for Cancer Care; Charity Medical Care; Pastoral Care; Hospice Care; and others.
