Mission Statement
The Austin Public Library Friends Foundation (The Library Foundation) supports the Austin Public Library by increasing awareness about the library and its importance to the community, and by fundraising to enhance collections, programs, and facilities.
About This Cause
The Library Foundation supports and enhances the vision and impact of the Austin Public Library through programs, fundraising, awareness, and advocacy. The Library Foundation's programs include Badgerdog Writing Summer Camp and Workshops, Mayor's Book Club, atCentral, and the Austin Youth Poet Laureate.
