About This Cause
Life Choices Medical Clinic has operated in Bexar county for over 20 years serving women and families in our community who would otherwise go without the proper care they need. We are a comprehensive women's healthcare clinic and also provide pregnancy services, education classes and material assistance to women, men and families. Our services include annual well woman exams, early prenatal care, pregnancy testing, sonograms, STI/STD testing and treatment, professional counseling, parenting education classes, material assistance and community referrals. We are providers for Medicaid and the Healthy Texas Woman programs
