Mission Statement
Lone Star Circle of Care (LSCC) provides exceptional and accessible patient centered healthcare for our Texas neighbors. We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and our vision is to eliminate health inequalities to facilitate wellness and optimal living for all, helping strengthen our communities. We work out of compassion, integrity, respect, service, innovation and excellence for all of our patients at LSCC.
About This Cause
Lone Star Circle of Care is a large outpatient clinic network of 27 locations spanning six counties in Texas that provide primary care for all ages, integrated behavioral and mental health, comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology, dentistry, optometry, pharmacy, and mobile mammography services. LSCC maintains the Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) designation and employs approximately 700 Texans. In 2023, LSCC provided over 334,000 patient visits throughout its service areas.
