Mission Statement
Eva’s Heroes is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals with intellectual special needs by providing an inclusive setting built on four tenets: interact, grow, learn, and love. Based in San Antonio, the organization helps teens and young adults between 14 and 21 years of age, who have intellectual special needs, integrate and flourish in society. The organization was founded in 2006 by actress Eva Longoria and Board President Christiane Perkins-Garcia.
About This Cause
Eva's Heroes contributes to San Antonio's vibrant and warm culture by ensuring that individuals with intellectual special needs are able to integrate and flourish in this amazing community. The organization serves its participants by providing an inclusive setting built on four tenets: interact, grow, learn and love. Eva's Heroes offers Monthly Activities, Summer Enrichment Program, Annual Dances, and Community Activities.
