Mission Statement
Love INC Boise is a non-profit, cooperative ministry of 40+ churches networking together and helping families break the cycle of living in need. Benevity helps raise awareness and support for the work we do; educating and encouraging those in need to find a fulfilling life and ways to actively contribute to our community. The funds raised directly impacts our program growth for the year.
About This Cause
Love INC Boise is a 501(c) 3 that is a cooperative ministry of churches networking together to break the cycle of people living in need. We receive 100+ calls for assistance each month and connect families with resources to help them work through their need. More importantly, our process translates to an opportunity to invest relationally in their lives in ways that encourage and support growth. Donating to Love INC Boise is a good investment, too! We deliver $6 into our community for every $1 donated. As Clients discover their capabilities and increase their capacity to improve their situation, they see themselves as part of the solution. Lives and communities are transformed. When people who find themselves in difficult situations call our office, we listen to their story, verify their needs and then help them match resources to meet those needs. We know long-term results require a true partnership and common goal. Each life transformed impacts others around them. Volunteers in Transformational Ministries walk with Clients for as long as 12 months. In 2015 we had 13 graduates who paid down more than $77,000 in debt through the program. While many clients receive one-time or short-term assistance, Love INC is committed to and invests in the lives of individuals and families who face challenges that are more complex and need long-term support.
