Mission Statement
The mission of the Dallas Fort Worth Minority Supplier Development Council is to encourage and facilitate business connections/engagement between its Buying Entity Members and DFW MSDC certified minority-owned businesses in order to economically develop the communities in which we live, work and play. This Council Snapshot provides a glimpse into results realized as a part of the work of the Council.
About This Cause
The Dallas Fort Worth Minority Supplier Development Board is composed of senior level executives from Buying Entity member firms with procurement and/or operational expertise and minority-business owners representing each of the four ethnic groups certified by the Council (Asian American, African American, Hispanic and Native American). These individuals are a working board that participate in setting strategic direction, overseeing governance of the Council and leading working groups and committees focused on the Council’s Strategic Imperatives.
