Mission Statement
The mission of Community Healthcare of Texas and Providence Hospice is to provide compassionate end-of-life care and services.
About This Cause
Community Healthcare of Texas/Providence Hospice is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit healthcare provider serving 25 counties in North Central Texas with offices in Fort Worth, Burleson, Cleburne, Dallas, Mexia, Waco and Whitney (DBA Providence Hospice in Mexia, Waco and Whitney) and holds three hospice licenses. In 2022 we provided care for 4000 patients including over 100 pediatric patients. We have administrative offices in Fort Worth, Cleburne, Waco. Our administrative offices are open Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm, with on call services for patients 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. In addition to home care provided in the 25 county area, we have three inpatient units open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. They are located in downtown Fort Worth on the fourth floor of the JL West Alzheimer Center, on the campus of Huguley Hospital and our third location is in Waco. We also provide general inpatient services in many hospitals throughout our entire service area.
