Lynhaven is beautifully diverse, the PTA’s mission is to enhance every student’s school experience and encourage a deeper connection between families, school and community.
About This Cause
Lynhaven School educates more than 550 students from grades Transitional Kindergarten through 5th. Our student population is beautifully diverse and consists of 56% Hispanic Latino, 17.8% White, 9.8% Asian and 4.2% as African American. 45.6% of our students are English Language learners and 56.5% of the students are classified as low income and receive free or reduced lunch. Our skilled teachers provide engaging instruction based on the California state standards. We partner with parents and the community to enrich the school experience, provide a caring, respectful school climate, and prepare students for the rigors of college and career in the 21st century.
