Mission Statement
Oak Ridge Home and School Club provides enrichment opportunities for the students in transitional kindergarten through sixth grade at Oak Ridge Elementary School in San Jose, California.
About This Cause
We are seeking donations to allow us to sustain and protect basic educational excellence in the Oak Grove School District of San Jose. Government funding is not providing the resources necessary to keep pace with higher standards. All funds go directly to basic core academic areas in math, science, art, music, physical education, and technology. We provide enrichment opportunities for all of our students which include field trips, educational assemblies, science camp, and much more! We are ensuring that our children become confident, competent, independent learners. Additionally, we are working on creating a supportive climate in which every child’s talents and interests are nurtured both academically and physically.
