Positive Coaching Alliance is a national non-profit developing “Better Athletes, Better People” by working to provide all youth and high school athletes a positive, character-building youth sports experience.
About This Cause
Sports provide an incredible opportunity for our nation’s youth to learn valuable life lessons that will set them up for success as adults such as leadership, teamwork, resilience, and self-confidence. PCA is a national 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with the mission to make youth sports a Development Zone - a place where leaders, coaches, parents, and athletes are focused on developing Better Athletes, Better People. Founded at Stanford University in 1998, PCA now has over 18 Chapters across the country and has impacted nearly 19 million youth! However, PCA has just scratched the surface having reached only a fraction of the 40 million youth athletes in the United States. We need your help to continue improving the youth sports culture in our country!
