Mission Statement
The San Jose International Piano Competition is a California non-profit organization that provides young and aspiring pianists with a platform to launch their careers by providing an opportunity to showcase their talents by competing for prize money and notoriety before a panel jury members consisting of world-class pianists.
About This Cause
The San Jose International Piano Competition consists of an annual event where 100s of young pianists travel from all corners of the globe to San Jose to compete for cash prizes and concert engagements. In addition to the annual event, the organization holds concerts throughout the Bay Area featuring Competition prize winners and other world renown musicians. The organization also runs a student recital concert series enabling local piano teachers to give their students the opportunity to perform on stage.
