Mission Statement
To be a resource and give back by providing charitable and educational resources to citizens within the community. C.H.O.I.C.E. strives to create collaborative partnerships to ensure youth have access to resources that provide quality programs, activities, and services in six (6) key areas: Workforce Development, Mentoring, Education, Cultural Arts, Health & Wellness and Athletics & Recreation.
About This Cause
The YOUth Resource Center (YRC) is a 2800 square foot facility leased by C.H.O.I.C.E. from the City of Uniontown to provide services tailored to address the expressed needs of the residents of the Uniontown and surrounding communities. With a growing number of partners, the YRC is striving to be a one stop resource center whose core services focuses on providing support to youth and families. This includes access to technology and free Wi-Fi; educational assistance; workforce readiness programs; and other services/programs. The YRC will house a success closet, resource library, community pantry, and a full-service kitchen.
