Povertees is a non-profit social enterprise that uses fashion to employ individuals transitioning out of homelessness within a supportive community.
About This Cause
Povertees is a social enterprise apparel company. We employ individuals transitioning out of homelessness within our clothing brand. Giving them a living wage gives them the opportunity to get themselves out of their situation. We also provide a supportive community in which we help our employees work through the system, receiving low-in come housing, government assisted health programs and other various services. From start to finish our clothing is made in the USA; providing jobs to Americans not just within our organization, but also throughout our entire manufacturing process.
