About This Cause
A 501c3 non-profit administering a positive social change in three business areas: YOUTH EMPOWERMENT SERVICES Youth Development services via mentoring and life coaching programming using evidenced-based curricula to improve pro-social behaviors and to promote resiliency by addressing risk-factors with cultural competence. REENTRY SERVICES Youth Reentry services pre and post-release, providing group and one-to-one educational coaching and mentoring, life skill services as an integral component of a comprehensible sustainable reentry/community reintegration service delivery program for youth ages 13-21 transitioning from jail, Juvenile Justice Commission residential and/or secure facility. Family Strengthening. Women's Reentry services to empower to restore and rebuild their lives placing emphasis on the issues affecting women prior to and during custody. Support services include pre and post-release mentorship, resource information, program referral, and other services as needed. FAMILY STRENGTHENING Family strengthening services include but are not limited to providing one-to-one coaching for self-sufficiency and resilience; employment readiness skill building and employment services; wrap-around crisis prevention, intervention; basic needs support and connections to resources for assessed needs.
