About This Cause
Unity Health on Main (UHM) is more than just a clinic; it's a lifeline for our community. We're a beacon of hope for the over 70,000 Greenville County residents struggling to access affordable healthcare. Our mission is to break down barriers and improve the health of our neighbors, especially our under resourced communities. These families face unique challenges: limited resources, language barriers, and a higher risk of chronic diseases. We understand that navigating the healthcare system can be overwhelming. That's why we've created a "holistic medical home" at UHM. Here, our compassionate, culturally sensitive team provides comprehensive care – from pediatrics and primary care to essential support services like weight management, nutrition classes, Food RX, and mental health counseling. By bringing everything under one roof, we're empowering our patients to take control of their health.
