About This Cause

Gal's Guide is a women's history library & research center that preserves, collects, shares, and champions women’s achievements. We are a resource for other creators to tell the stories of these amazing role models who have been waiting in the shadows of history for too long. We are located in the Nickel Plate Arts Campus at 107 S. 8th Street, Noblesville, Indiana. We are the first women's history lending-library in America. We opened March 6th, 2020 with a collection of over 1,600 women's history books. Gal's Guide uses digital, print, and in-person presentions to share the amazing stories of women from around the world. We have podcasts, articles, events, and even school presentions designed to share how cool history can be. If you have a podcast, a classroom, Girl Scout Troop, research paper, or book that needs women's history resources, support us. If you are a book lover and want a library where you check out books and browse the stacks, support us. If you simply love women's history and want to see learn about women you've never heard of before, support us. We care about women's history so we share women's history.
