Mission Statement
Removing financial barriers to and substantially elevate the level of competitive play in girls’ volleyball in the Phoenix area.
About This Cause
We strive to create a safe, fun learning environment with a focus on a growth mindset and building up strong leaders. We work toward the improvement of student athletes at the skills required for the game, good sportsmanship, respect and support for teammates, coaches, referees and parents. We want to create a place where the girls feel safe getting outside their comfort zone to learn physically, mentally and emotionally. We want them to be comfortable in that growth mindset to make mistakes while learning in a game-like environment with full, whole reps. We use Gold Medal Squared coaching techniques to improve our player’s skills so she will be an all-around player with a high volleyball IQ. As your daughter continues to grow through our program, she will learn essential footwork, arm-swing techniques, as well as higher level game strategies. We are committed to ensuring that our players have a great experience and gain the knowledge of the game they need to compete at a high level. We believe in the principles of Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) and against a “win-at-all-cost” mentality
