Mission Statement
Founded in 2016, Latinos for Education’s mission is to develop, place, and connect essential Latino leaders in the education sector while mobilizing Latino voices to promote practices and policies that remove barriers to educational opportunity. As one of a handful of national Latino-led organizations, we bring a singular focus on building the leadership and advocacy capacity of Latino leaders, teachers, and parents—the key levers impacting Latino students.
About This Cause
At Latinos for Education, we enhance leadership and advocacy among Latino leaders, teachers, and parents, leveraging community strengths to innovate solutions for students of color. Our strategies include leadership development and advocacy for policies removing educational barriers. In 7 years, we've proven as a national Latino-led organization, implementing impactful, community-responsive programs that elevate Latino voices in local and national decision-making.
