Our mission is to create a community support system that will positively impact our future generations. We envision a community of mentors who partner with our youth, improve the neighborhood, and create socially, emotionally, and mentally prepared leaders.
About This Cause
Elite Learners Inc. a community-based organization founded in Brownsville four years ago, provides a variety of wrap-around services to youth, their families, and community residents. The mission of Elite Learners Inc. is to create a community support system that will positively impact our future generations. Through social, educational, cultural, physical, mental health, and mentorship programming, Elite Learners aids in the positive evolution of our youth and their families, to ensure collective community advancement. Since its founding, the organization has grown to provide social services at Rikers Island, Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center, and more than nine public schools within Brooklyn with each program incorporating alternative approaches to violence. Elite Learners provides mentorship regarding career and leadership growth, accessible self-introspection tactics as well as critical thinking/conflict resolution skills development in order to build socially, emotionally, and mentally prepared leaders ready to serve and lead their communities.
