About This Cause
CAP-Community Action Partnership of North & North Central Idaho serves the ten northernmost counties in Idaho and Asotin County in Washington. CAP operates food banks, weatherizations programs, housing, Area Agency on Aging, energy assistance and many financial and family stability projects. Regence Blue Shield of Idaho has chosen Community Action Partnership as a Community Partner Organization for the 2014 year to implement Stephen Covey's 7 Habits of Effective Families into Orchards Elementary School to support the students and families. Volunteer opportunities are available for anyone interested in helping with the project.
