Community Health Clinics, Inc. dba Terry Reilly Health Services provides accessible, high-quality healthcare to everyone, regardless of circumstances or their ability to pay. We strive to reduce health disparities by working to remove barriers to health like financial burden, geographic location, transportation, and language.
About This Cause
Terry Reilly is a nonprofit organization providing quality health care to all, with discounted fees based on family size and income(Sliding Fee Schedule). In addition to our Sliding Schedule, our Bob LeBow Patient Assistance Fund is available to people experiencing financial crises. Services are available in English and Spanish, as well as other languages. Terry Reilly is committed to serving all people, but especially populations facing barriers, such as the uninsured, migrant and seasonal farm workers, homeless, elderly, and working families. We offer coordinated care in the Patient-Centered Medical Home model with medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and social services. What is unique about our model of care is that we work to find sustainable solutions to help people get healthy and stay healthy. We provide care for the whole person, including addressing the external factors that keep people from attaining good health. Factors include food insecurity, housing stability, employment stress, and other pressures. Terry Reilly employs board-certified medical providers, dentists, and behavioral health professionals. Our board members overseeing our nonprofit are a true reflection of our community and who we serve, as 60% of them are Terry Reilly patients. Terry Reilly operates 16 clinic locations in 8 cities: Melba, Marsing, Homedale, Middleton, Caldwell, Nampa, Boise, and Meridian.
