About This Cause
Kootenai Humane Society BDA Companions Animal Center has been serving the Coeur d'Alene area for over 40 years. We have been practicing the No-Kill Philosophy since 2003. Thousands of unwanted, abandoned, and unhealthy animals come through our doors each year. It is our privilege and our passion to care for and find them loving, forever homes. Kootenai Humane Society is an independent, non-profit 501(c)3, non-government organization dedicated to the welfare of animals and their companions.
