About This Cause
The Lewiston Independent Foundation for Education generates and distributes funding in support of students, teachers, support personnel, programs, and projects of the Lewiston Independent School District #1. Examples of such support include college scholarships for graduating seniors; grants to teachers for classroom projects; assistance for students in need; funding for enrichment activities; recognition of outstanding teachers and support personnel; funding for the district crisis assistance team; and many other designated funding needs.
