The Sound Ensemble presents newly-composed works that are captivating in their virtuosity and stylistic diversity. Building community through the shared experience of live performance, our concerts feature unique and exciting music that merge genres and present varied human perspectives.
About This Cause
We believe in the power of music to create community and transform lives. As an ensemble of flexible size, made up of local professional musicians, we provide potent musical experiences through inspired performance. Each concert includes music from underrepresented composers, such as women, people of color and the LBGTQ+ community, in equal or greater part than other music.
