Mission Statement
Our mission is to bridge the gap for individuals with developmental differences to discover their potential and grow their independence. Through utilizing unique hands-on learning opportunities on a working farm, our programs provide educational life skills, social skills, and community integration to teens and young adults ages 12+ with developmental differences. Our new phase of addressing pressing needs in our community is to provide affordable living options that support individuality and independence.
About This Cause
Teaching functional life skills to those with developmental disabilities is not only essential for their immediate functioning but also for their long-term success. By providing individualized instruction and reinforcement techniques, Westonwood Ranch teaches critical life skills necessary for independence. Our greatest measure of program success is to assist individuals in reaching their full potential. We strive to find a way every person can share their gifts with our community. It’s about empowering EVERY member of society to be contributing, productive and generative. As a nation, we have fallen short of creating an America where all people are accepted and supported toward achieving their full potential. Westonwood Ranch is the voice of the most vulnerable needing support, and here to provide the care and supports to empower individuals to reach their fullest life.
